Voxate Writing & Editing was established in 2008.  Since then, we have been providing writing, editing and SEO services for South African and international clients. Our projects have ranged from websites for game reserves and recruitment companies to wildlife photography books, a wedding planning manual, and the editing of a number of fiction novels.

About Amelia

I completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in film, media, and literature at the University of Cape Town (UCT) in South Africa. I focused on creative writing and writing for print and media.

After further studies in Business Management (so that I could balance my books one day), I had a number of marketing and sales jobs before starting at a media company in Port Elizabeth. Here, I was exposed to web development, design, SEO, and print; providing valuable insights. Although all of these elements continue to evolve and develop over time, this foundation was integral to my being able to “go it alone.”

Since 2008, I have been a freelance writer and editor. I love absolutely every moment of it. In fact, I wake up every morning excited to do what I do best.
