Top Coffee Spots For Freelancers in Durban (With Free Wi-Fi)

Durban is one of South Africa’s biggest and busiest metropolises. It certainly doesn’t disappoint in terms of fantastic spots for freelancers to make themselves comfortable with a hot cuppa or a fab meal. And, of course, free Wi-Fi.

Freelancing or working from home are awesome alternatives to being office-bound. But, cabin fever is very real. After weeks of sitting at the same desk and wearing the same path in our carpet between the study and the kitchen, it becomes crucial that we get out of the house. Urgent, even. And, when deadlines loom and accounts need to be paid, our work has to come with us.

Durban, in KwaZulu-Natal, is brimming with fab restaurants and coffee shops; where busy freelancers can get work done while enjoying a completely different vibe. As a writer, I find that this white noise sometimes inspires me far more than staring out of my sliding doors in complete silence.

So, here are some great places to enjoy good food, great coffee, and FREE Wi-Fi:
